Goal: reduce Milady circulating supply over time and concentrate remaining supply among holders who opt out of burn. Method: a v4 on-chain contract routes a fixed tax on $MILSTR trades into an acquisition vault, executes price-disciplined floor sweeps, and burns purchased Miladys by sending them to a verifiable dead address. Proceeds from any disposals (if a non-burn path is ever used) are used exclusively to buy and burn $MILSTR.
